According to the Sudan Doctors Network. Nine people, including geologist Imam Abdel Magid, were killed early Thursday morning as a result of a deliberate rocket attack carried out by the RSF on a mosque in the center of Al-Fashir.
In a statement received by Al-Hamesh’s Voice , the Sudan Doctors Network reported that the city has turned into “a large prison and a place for mass killing” due to repeated indiscriminate shelling, which claims civilian lives daily, including women, children, and the elderly. Confirming that there is no longer any safe place in the city, as homes, hospitals, mosques, and schools have become direct targets of attacks.
The network warned of an imminent humanitarian disaster due to a severe shortage of food and medicine, as well as the spread of epidemics among civilians and displaced people. It called on UN organizations to intervene urgently and open a humanitarian corridor to deliver aid, in order to save over a million people living under siege.
