Dilling – August 24, 2025: A humanitarian aid convoy for children, provided by UNICEF, arrived today in the city of Dilling. The convoy included therapeutic meals and oral rehydration salts, transported on three large trucks loaded with supplies.
The Humanitarian Aid Commissioner in Dilling locality, Fatah Fadl Al-Moula, stated that the total aid amounted to 4,200 cartons. Of these, 1,200 cartons were allocated to Al-Qouz locality and unloaded in the city of Ed-Dubeibat, while another 1,200 cartons were designated for Dilling locality. Meanwhile, two trucks carrying 2,100 cartons will head to the state capital, Kadugli.
Fadl Al-Moula expressed his gratitude to OCHA, the federal and state humanitarian aid coordinators, and UNICEF for providing the support, in addition to the authorities and security agencies that facilitated the delivery of the aid. He also praised the media for its role in following up on the convoy until it reached its intended beneficiaries.
